With Lockdown affecting Book Week in 2021, Miss Lontos and the team had to implement DISPOSITION CREATIVE. With the majority of the students learning remotely from home, the team had to think outside of the box, and that they DID! With daily story time readings by the Grade 6s, a wonderful exciting online performance, creative art lessons and much much more the week was turned into a week of reading and books. As usual the students and staff rose to the occasion dressing up both at home and at school to make this yet another memorable Book Week experience. It was fantastic to see the children have a bit of fun dressing up and it also added a bit of fun to our normally quiet staffroom environment.

Thank you to the Year 6 children that have volunteered to read stories to younger students, staff for recording themselves and running sessions and most importantly the wonderful Miss Lontos and her amazing team of helpers for making this yet another great event on our calendar!

Scroll through the some of the photos and you will see some amazing families and groups such as the Von Trapp family from the Sound of Music, Leonardo Da Vinci and the Mona Lisa, Harry Potter, princesses and many many more.
