2023 District Interschool Sports
Term 1 saw all our Year 5 and 6 teams participate in District Interschool sports. The four sports were Cricket, Rounders, T-Ball and Bat Tennis. For many of our Year 5 students this was their first experience in Interschool sports and they quickly developed their understandings of the rules, strategies and game play for each of the sports. It was fantastic to see again the sportsmanship of all students on display and constant encouragement and support from our experienced year 6 students. Congratulations to all our teams for a wonderful first term of sport and especially our Rounders Girls team and Cricket B team who finished on top of the ladder at the end of the term. They also won their Grandfinal and were presented with their Premiers Pennant on the day. Well done on a successful first term of sport!!!
